Ship Husbandry
-Arranges the vessel's berthing and sailing times with the harbor master; coordinates the pilot, tugs and lines men; arranges fresh water for the vessel; brings mail on board and tends to any needs the crew has through the captain.
Crew Repatriation
-Facilitates crew immigration passage & other visa requirements.
Transportation & Accommodation Services
-Arranges land, water and air transportation & hotel accommodation services as required by crew.
Regular & Emergency Medical Arrangements
-Attends to crew medical needs and hospitalization as required.
Chandling
-Provides vessel with fresh quality stores, provisions, bunkering requirements and minor repair services.
Other Services
-Handles crew banking requirements and other concerns.
